With so many competitors nipping at Tempur-pedic’s heels for market share, it is obvious standards have leveled out and the playing field is quite level. But the name recognition Tempur-pedic still enjoys allows them to continue to charge exorbitant prices. Consumers should wake up to alternative options now widely available in retail outlets and online.
No longer do consumers have to settle for high quality at a high price. A little research can cut through the brand bravado and reveal the true character of the individual memory foam mattresses. The bottom line: Tempur-pedic is good, and some people will understandably remain loyal, but there are many other options that provide equitable quality at less painful prices.
